Zero spam tolerance

You will not receive email from me unless you have signed up for my newsletter, purchased a product, registered a product, or emailed me and requested information.
I will never sell, rent, lease or give away your personal information to any third party i.e.. (first name, email address, etc.) The one exception is for purposes of shipping . I provide only your name, and shipping address, to a third party to package and ship your window cleaning supplies. The third party shipper is under contract not to use or store your name and address.

Opt out

Users may opt out of receiving future mailings at any time. If you would like to be removed from my mailing list, please let me know. I provide and "Unsubscribe" email address in every email I send and also provide a complete company mailing address if you'd prefer to opt out via postal mail.

Your financial information

I do not ask for, collect or store your credit card information. All online purchases are made through a 128 bit encryption process; a "Secure Server" provided by Pay Pal (https://www.paypal.com). I never see your financial information, nor do I have access to it.
